The Lagos State Health Service Commission has announced its mass recruitment exercise in the health sector of the state.
The Permanent Secretary of the Health Service Commission, Dr Ademuyiwa Eniayewun, made this known to newsmen on Thursday.
Eniayewun, while briefing the media, disclosed that the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, had approved the recruitment for a large number of health workers willing to join the service with the aim to eradicate the effects of brain drain which often occurs and affects performance in the health sector.
“The quantum of staff to be recruited, as we speak is phenomenal and this move is a clear indication of the commitment of Mr Governor to ensure prompt and quality service delivery in all hospitals at all times,” he said.
The permanent secretary urged interested applicants to go online and print out application forms on the official Lagos State Government website and apply for various positions.
