The Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Lagos State Chapter, Apostle Alexander Bamgbola, has called on the Federal Government to tackle insecurity in the country.
Apostle Bamgbola said the Federal Government has to look into the insecurity situation of the country; the country can never progress if the issue of insecurity is not dealt with.
He pleads with the Federal government to act fast to make the country safe for everyone in the country.
The chairman said our nation should look like England or Germany and not a state full of insurgency and bandits.
We need to progress as a nation by dealing with insecurity to promote peace, unity and progress.
We can’t keep mute and watch our beautiful nation fall. Our leaders should be having sleepless nights to find possible ways to end the issue of insecurity across the country.
While speaking at the annual program of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Lagos State, tagged ‘Jesus Christ: the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end’, Bamgbola said, this is time to be united against the forces of evil attacking our nation.
“The church has been under gruesome attack as we know what has been going on in recent time,” he added.
He called for fervent prayers for peace, unity and love for our beloved country Nigeria.
