Popular Nollywood actress, Patience Oseni, is dead.
She died on Monday, February 17, 2020, in Calabar, Cross River State, as a result of an attack from stroke complications.
The actress was said to have relocated to Calabar in a bid to get proper medical care from her daughter but the latter was also down with a sickness.
Emeka Rollas, the Chairman, Actors Guild of Nigeria, confirmed her death to newsmen on Wednesday in a statement.
“With deep sense of sorrow but with total submission to the will of Almighty God, we announce the passing unto eternal glory of Patience Oseni, veteran Actress and member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria,” the statement read.
Rollas added that Oseni would be eternally remembered for playing the role of a female with a jumbo male organ in Helen Ukpabio’s hit movie, ‘End of the Wicked’.
Oseni also starred in other hit movies such as ‘My Only Love’, ‘Orange Girl’, and ‘Bumper to Bumper’.
