A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday resumed hearing on the former PDP spokesman Olisa Metuh’s trial.
The politician and his firm, Dextra Investment Limited, are facing trial for receiving N400 million from the office of the National Security Adviser (NSA) unlawfully.
This is in addition to the allegation of carrying out a transaction of about $2m without going through a financial institution.
Earlier, before the hearing, the courtroom was fully packed with family members, friends, associates of the ex-PDP spokesman and others.
Justice Okon Abang had last year adjourned the case till today, February 25, 2020, after the parties made their final arguments.
