Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Sunday, declared two weeks break for the state’s civil servants.
The governor made the declaration at today’s live press briefing.
The development, according to the governor, is to further curb the transmission of the coronavirus across the state. As it stands, the country has recorded 27 cases so far.
The civil servants from level one to 12 are mandated to remain in their houses for the next two weeks.
The governor stated that he was only exempting those providing essential services, adding that more isolation centres have been created in the state.
