Oladipupo Adebutu, the first son of the billionaire businessman, Chief Kessington Adebutu a.k.a Baba Ijebu, has begun the move to join the Ogun State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

The plans according to the informed sources, is in preparation for the 2023 governorship race in the state.

Recall, last year the former member of the Green Chamber tried to clinch Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship ticket, but the prolonged court cases denied him the opportunity.

It appears Lado, as he is fondly referred to, has not given up the ambition.

His major plan now is to run again in 2023 under the same platform as the present seating governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

Ladi believes he would win the seat in the next election, considering his accomplishments during his days as a federal lawmaker.
