“No One Will Be Sworn-In In Bayelsa State,” Oshiomole Says

Adams Oshiomole, the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has stated that the Supreme Court in Bayelsa State lacks and is devoid of justice.

This was in response to the Supreme Court’s judgement annulling the party’s victory in Bayelsa State.

The National Chairman of APC made known the intention of the party to challenge the judgement in court at a media briefing on Thursday, in Abuja.

Oshiomole said emphatically that no one will be sworn-in as Governor of Bayelsa State on Friday aside from David Lyon, who is a candidate of APC.

He went further to state that no other candidate has the constitutional reach to be sworn-in as governor of Bayelsa State.

He said, “Our lawyers are already studying the judgement to take the necessary legal action.”
