Five years of no new Keri Hilson music is a lot of time. Fortunately, there is solid proof there R&B singer is preparing a full comeback. First, late last year a new song by the “Knock You Down” star – whose last album “No Boys Allowed” was released in 2010 – titled “Dinero” (produced by Polow Da Don) was previewed during her private birthday party and now (March 13) hitmaker Timbaland has posted a 15-second snippet of another new Keri Hilson track, that he produced, on his Instagram. No official word on the title of this new ratchet song yet but it definitely sounds hot. And as in every Timbaland-produced track, you can hear him providing his signature ad-libs (sure he would select exactly the part of the song where he is featured for the snippet. Ha!).
There’s no word either whether the last night-previewed untitled track is going to end up on Keri’s upcoming third studio album or on Timbaland’s upcoming “Opera Noir” LP. Either way, there’s no denying Ms. Keri Hilson is going to be sounding again on the radios after a very long hiatus soon. She better gives us the release date of her new album and that damn first single ASAP or else I’m going to lose it. Ever since I heard the sassy “Dinero” I’ve been playing Keri’s two albums like a maniac. It’s about time she makes a comeback.
