Amber Rose has spoken up about the twitter spat between Kanye and Wiz Khalifa, where Kanye tweeted offensive things about her and mentioned her 2-year-old son, Sebastian on Wednesday, January 27.
In his outlandish tirade, West called attention to Rose’s past as a stripper, and mocked Khalifa for having a child with her. “You let a stripper trap you, I know you mad every time you look at your child that this girl got you for 18 years.”
He didn’t stop there, he went on… “You wouldn’t have a child if it wasn’t for me,” he sniped. “You own waves???? I own your child!!!!”
Amber Rose in a new podcast the morning after opened up to the “Allegedly” podcast in an episode that was previewed by TMZ on Thursday, January 28. “I would never talk about kids in an argument,” she claimed. “It just shows the type of person he is. Even him saying stuff about my son, I still didn’t say anything about his kids. I’m not going to. This is ridiculous. They’re innocent babies. You don’t ever, ever talk about a baby, ever. That just shows how f–king ridiculous he is.”
The Podcast hosts, Theo Von and Matt Cole Weiss, asked if she was surprised by West’s disparaging comments. “Um, no,” Rose replied. “Because I know him. I know he’s a f–king clown.”
This isn’t the first time West has publicly dissed his ex-girlfriend, whom he dated from 2008 to 2010. Rose also wonders why he keeps bringing her up. “He came out with a song last week that said, I had my son for a meal ticket,” she shared on the podcast. “He still talks about me in songs. He talks about me all day.”
In an interview with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club last February, West similarly uttered below-the-belt insults about Rose as he talked about his wife, Kim Kardashian. “It’s very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that’s with Amber Rose … I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim,” the rapper said.
“But you took me around the world,” Amber said on Thursday about their romance. “We dated for, like, two years! But you’re talking s–t about Wiz and my baby.”‘
“People would actually say things like, ‘Who would ever love you? You were a stripper. Why are you in relationships?'” Rose wrote. “And I used to feel like I had to explain that maybe it was because I’m a good person. But I realized that I can’t make everyone believe. And I can’t talk to everyone and tell them who I really am. They’re still going to have their own opinions. If you know me, you love me. If you don’t know me, you might love me, but you might not — and that’s cool. And you know what? Now I sleep like a baby at night.”
