It was a joyful and emotional reunion yesterday March 16, when a kidnap victim – Babara Oghogho Okiti after six days in captivity following her abduction from her home in Sapele, Delta at night on March 10, regained freedom and reunited with her overjoyed family and neighbours.
Earlier on the 1oth of March, a Facebook user, Atiti Austine Ogheneovo took to his account to announce her abduction and ask for prayers for her release;
“my wife younger sister mrs Babara Aghogho Okiti was kidnapped this night at her residence in sapele Delta state. a poor widow with three children. pls join our family to pray for her safe release. she his the wife of our brother and friend late. Hon Charles Okiti of blessed memory.” He had posted
Now also taking to his page yesterday to announce that good news that his sister-in-law was back home safe and sound he wrote; “My sister in-law just regained her freedom from her captives. Lord thank you no one like you”
No details was given as to how she was released.
So happy for her!
