The Golden State Warriors won their first NBA title since 1975 after a 105-97 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the series 4-2.
Andre Iguodala is the name on everyone’s lips as a few hours ago he was crowned MVP at the 2015 NBA finals which saw the warriors thrash the Cleveland Cavaliers, Lebron James team. The 31 year old player made history becoming the first player to be named MVP (Most Valuable Player) without starting every game. During the game, it was Andre’s duty to guard Lebron James and he did a heck of a job. He made sure Lebron hardly touched the ball, and this contributed to the Warriors victory.
Lebron James has tasted defeat four times in the NBA Finals now, but that does not make it any easier to swallow. In fact, losing to Golden State hurt so much he would rather miss out on the playoffs altogether than lose another championship series.
