<p>Former Nigeria international General Secretary of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi, has passed on after a brief illness.</p>.<p>News about his demise began to circulate very early on Monday morning but was later confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation.</p>.<p>The NFF wrote: “We are sad to announce the shocking demise of former Nigeria Int'l, Ex-NFF Gen. Sec., former NFF Executive Committee member, and current chairman, Osun State FA, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi, after a brief illness. Our prayers are with his family, relatives and the football family in Nigeria.”</p>.<p>Taiwo played for Shooting Stars of Ibadan, formerly know as WNDC, before representing Nigeria in 1973.
