The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has been called out by Esimaje Awani, CEO of GT Stitches, the designer who made the Super Eagles 2018 World Cup ceremonial outfit worn by the team to Russia.

Both players and officials were dressed in a classy homemade attire designed by the Warri based designer as they made a grand entry to the European country.

Nigeria was subsequently ranked amongst the best-dressed sides across various platforms, even though their performance didn't match the off-field paparazzi.

But seven months after the tournament, the fashion company is yet to get paid.

In a social media post this week, GT da Tailor called out the NFF to pay their debt. He wrote on Instagram: "NFF refused to pay for ceremonial outfit almost one year after World Cup!! This can only happen in Nigeria!!"
