The management of embattled Nigerian singer, Afeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, has put out a warning to his fans against contributing money for the singer's bail.
Taking advantage of the court ruling that the singer would need to pay the sum of 2 million naira as part of his bail requirement, some persons have reportedly set up accounts scamming people to contribute.
Having heard of the activities of the scammers, his management has moved to set the records straight with a post on social media.
They warned on Naira Marley's Instagram page: "Marlians be careful dont transfer money to no1 For Naira Marley's bail. They are all scam."
Naira Marley is expected to be out of jail by Monday, June 3, with his legal team having perfected his bail and court confirmation.
