Real Madrid legend, Raul Gonzalez, has been appointed as the new coach of Real Madrid Castilla, which is the team B of the Los Galaticos.
The 41-year-old Raul is the second all-time top scorer in Real Madrid’s history with 343 goals in 744 appearances, only behind Cristiano Ronaldo who amassed a scary 418 goals. The former captain also won three UEFA Champions league, two world cup titles, one UEFA super cup, four Spanish super cups and six LA Liga titles for Real Madrid
Raul will be looking to walk in the same footprint as Real Madrid Coach, Zinedane Zidane, who also started his professional coaching career as Real Madrid Castilla B manager.
Raul recently got his UEFA coaching license after already managing Real Madrid "Cadete B" and "Juvenil B". The Real Madrid academy has given birth to top talents like Iker Casillas, Morata, Joselu and even Juan Mata of Manchester united. The castilla currently plays in Spanish segunda division B.
