Juventus forward, Moise Kean, is set to join the Toffees on a 5-year deal, with Everton reportedly coughing out €40 million (Euros) for the Italian. Barring any uncertainty, he is scheduled to undergo his medicals on Thursday, 1st of August.

The 19-year-old, who made a handful of appearances for the Biaconeris, will be switching camp from Italy to England. The only thing holding up the deal is Juventus, who would like to insert a buyback clause in the contract, making it easier for the Italian giants to sign him back should he improve so well in the English Premier League.

The Italian goal poacher scored 6 goals in 13 appearances for Juventus, having a massive 0.48 goal per game ratio in the Serie A. In addition to his incredible form, he scored two goals in three games for the Italian national team. He currently has a contract with Juventus that expires in 2020, but all circumstances indicate he should be leaving.

Recall that the youngster was racially abused in an Italian league game against Calgilari in March 2019. That must have unsettled the young Italian. The English Premier League is a more friendly terrain and at the blue side of Merseyside, Everton, he would be properly welcomed.

Moise Kean, who was born on February 28, 2000, holds some records of his own, including:

• The first player born in the 2000s to make an appearance in Europe's top five leagues (Spain, England, German, Italy, and France).
• The first player born in the 2000s to play in the Champions League (November 2016).
• The first player born in the 2000s to score for the Italian national team (March 2019.)
• The first player born in the 2000s to score in Europe's top five leagues ( Spain, England, Germany, France and Italy).
