Ex-Manchester United Goalkeeper, Tim Howard, Retires From Football

Former Manchester United goalkeeper, Tim Howard, has retired from football after a successful career.

The 40-year-old former Manchester United and Everton goalkeeper revealed he would officially release a statement of his retirement in January. He stated this after his last and final match for the Colorado Rapids.

Tim Howard has made a total of 339 appearances for the Premier League and has won FA and League cups in the three years spent in Old Trafford. He also won 121 caps for his country, United States of America.

The former goalkeeper holds a record of best saves in a World Cup, with 15 saves against Belgium in 2014.

Howard revealed that he would be in the game till after the end of the MLS season. The goalkeeper retired from international football in 2017.
