Super Eagles and Torino defender, Ola Aina, has been ruled out of the friendly game against Brazil in Singapore on Sunday.
The Torino defender will not be participating in the friendly game against Brazil as a result of an injury sustained.
The injury sustained was not categorically stated but the news was announced on the official page of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
“Just in: Torino of Italy wing back Ola Aina is out of Sunday’s international friendly against Brazil. He picked up an injury after a domestic accident and will not be available. #SoarSuperEagles #Team9jaStrong,” the NFF stated.
A replacement for Aina has not been confirmed yet. This is unlike Girondis Bordeaux winger, Samuel Kalu, and Leganes defender, Keneth Omeruo, who were replaced with Viv Solomon-Otabor and Tyronne Ebuehi respectively.
Super Eagles will play the Brazilian team at the Singapore National Stadium in Kallang by 1 pm Nigerian time on Sunday.
