Italian giants, Inter Milan, have reached an agreement to sign Manchester United defender and club captain, Ashley Young.
Ashley Young has spent eight and a half year at Manchester United since joining the red devils from Aston Villa.
He has gone on to win the 2012-13 Premier League title, the 2015-16 FA Cup, and both the League Cup and Europa League in 2016-17.
Reports claim that the 34-year-old is expected to undergo a medical in Italy on Friday after Manchester United agreed to sell the winger turned right-back in a deal worth a 1.5 million euros (1.28 million pounds) with incentives.
The England international, Ashely Young has made 18 appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s United side this season but started only 10 Premier League matches.
The arrival of big-money signing, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, from Crystal Palace meant that Ashely Young days in Manchester United first-team were hanging in a thin thread.
He also lost his captaincy to Harry Maguire, the new defensive recruit that was acquired at summer last season for record £80 million.
Inter Milan are no strangers in doing business with Manchester United as they had already signed former striker, Romelu Lukaku. from the Old Trafford outfit, last year. They also acquired Manchester United forward, Alexis Sanchez, a loan deal.
However, Inter Millan is still two points behind Serie A leaders Juventus, as they are looking to lift their first Italian top-flight title since 2010.
They are having a rollercoaster season and enjoying a fluidity of good footballer under the former Chelsea head coach, Antonio Conte.
