Liverpool suffered a shocking 2-0 loss to Serbian champions Red Star Belgrade in their fourth game of the Champions League.
A brace by Milan Pavkov’s in the first half gave the host a rare win in Europe’s top competition.
Klopp was understandably unhappy with the result as well as the performance his side on the night.
The defeat opens up things in Group C.
Speaking to the press after the game, Klopp was asked what went wrong for his side, to which he replied:
“I only have 10 fingers… We had the first big chance with Daniel [Sturridge], a very big one. Each goal in a game like this leads the game in a specific direction.
“The atmosphere, noise-wise, was not a problem for us, but after the second goal they could smell it. We made it too easy for them. They deserved it with the passion they showed.
“We lost our mojo in the game, not in general. We have to make sure it doesn’t happen again.”
Liverpool’s next game is against struggling Fulham at Anfield before the international break.
